Iteration and Backlog gets temporary reordered when viewing My Work of somebody else.
Today I noticed that when you display the “My work” of somebody else. Your iteration and backlog tickets gets temporary reordered. The same as it is in the list of “My Work” of somebody else. After refreshing the website, the order is correct as it was before displaying “My work”. It’s confusing that iteration and backlog get visually reordered. I just wanted to let you know about this one.

Slack as an option for existing email notifications.
Now that we have Slack Notifications, I’d really like to see the email notifications also support slack. It's important for two reasons: many of our team members rarely look at email but are always looking at Slack. The current Slack integration shows all messages in one channel. But with a big team, that's a lot of messages going by, with only a few that are relevant to any particular person. With this feature, I could ignore the Slack channel with all the notifications, and recieve only the ones for my stories or where I am mentioned, as direct-messages. Currently here are the email notification categories found in https://eu.litetracker.com/notification_settings New stories/epcis ownership change story state comments commits blockers tasks reviews Each of these sends an email under certain conditions. We could keep these settings as-is. But add one pulldown/input there to indicate if I want my notifications to be send to me (1) via email, (2) via Slack, (3) both

More succinct Slack messages
I really like the new Slack integration—it lets me see LiteTracker activity in the place where I’m already looking. However, I find the format of the messages too verbose. I know what the stories are about since that’s my day-to-day work. I’d like just a very short update. My wish would be for the messages to look like this instead. It mimics the subject lines used in email updates: [ $PROJECT ] $WHO $DESCRIPTION $LINK_TO_STORY e.g. [MyProject] Winston Wolff commented: This is my comment [#86237 - testing slack integration](URL to story in LiteTracker)[MyProject] The differences with the current output are: Adds the project name: [MyProject] Removes details like Type, State, and Points. I don’t want that in Slack—it takes up too much space. If I need those details, I can click on the link and see it immediately.

Drag stories to epic to add the epic label
In the original PT you used to be able to drag a story from the backlog onto any open epic window and it would add the label for that epic. This made it easy to collect many backlog items into an epic without having to manually add the label to each one through the “open”, add label action.

Target/Crosshairs icon that links to the story in the backlog (or icebox)
In the original PT, there was a crosshairs icon on stories when you looked at them in other contexts than the backlog that linked directly to them in the backlog so you could easily find and move them. This was essential to sorting activities.

Feature cannot be accepted without task completion
Conform PT-behaviour, it would be nice if features cannot be accepted, unless all its tasks are completed (“checked off”). If I remember correctly, PT displayed a confirmation modal (“There are still open tasks, are you sure you want to accept?”).

As a product owner, i want to follow a litetracker link and see it highlighted in the sprint/backlog instead of it opening full page
This would help me to understand where something is in the priority order when i click a link

Slack notifications
Now that our team has moved to LiteTracker, one big problem we find is the lack of Slack notifications. We get notifications via email, but many of our team members only look at email once a day or even less. So activity is not being noticed. We sometimes Slack message owners manually but this is often forgotten—and really our tools should take care of it automatically. We find it’s slowing our velocity because testing is delayed unnecessarily. Our request is: When a story is started/delivered/rejected/etc, the status change is announced in a configurable slack channel and looks something like this: [MyProject] Started: Example story title where “example story title” is a link to the story. When someone comments on a story, there is a Slack message like: [MyProject] Comment: Example story title — Joe Strummer (@joes) said, “This is such a great feature! You are such amazing engineers!”

Email Updates -- clearer action and story title
We use email notifications a lot for observing what others are doing. Overall it works well but I have some suggestions to improve its readability. Could you adjust subject line to be easier to scan quickly? And can you add the story title into the body of the email next to the link? Below are some examples: (1) When state changes, the email body currently looks like this: ``` subject: [MyProject] Clean-up after switching from clinic submission form to Airtable form has been started body: Started by Joe Strummer (@joes) https://eu.litetracker.com/n/projects/4940ae/stories/86009 ``` (a) It's hard to distinguish the story title from the action. In the case "Clean-up after switching from clinic submission form to Airtable form" is the story title. "has been started" is the action. It takes a minute to read and separate the title from the action. (b) Once you open the email, the action is clear "Started by Joe Strummer". But the name of the story is only in the subject line and not in the body. In Apple Mail.app, the subject line is much smaller text. See screenshot. Could we have the story title repeated in the body? E.g.: ``` subject: [MyProject] Started: Clean-up after switching from clinic submission form to Airtable form has been started body: Started by Joe Strummer (@joes) [MyProject] Clean-up after switching from clinic submission form to Airtable form https://eu.litetracker.com/n/projects/4940ae/stories/86009 ``` (2) And similarly for comments on stories, currently the email looks like this: ``` subject: New comment on Hide Paused Providers in Provider Search body: Joe Strummer (@joes) said: Veniam deserunt pariatur adipiscing voluptate qui occaecat. Esse cillum ex excepteur adipiscing sint adipiscing velit cupidatat. Anim mollit ad veniam anim qui sunt anim cupidatat tempor minim veniam. Sit proident pariatur dolore do excepteur amet. In non elit id irure sed excepteur duis irure duis non. https://eu.litetracker.com/n/projects/98dbce/stories/85961 ``` (a) the subject doesn't include the project name, (b) the action "New comment on" is now in front, which is inconsistent, (c) The body is clear, but can we repeat the story title again? Something like: ``` subject: [MyProject] Comment: Hide Paused Providers in Provider Search body: Joe Strummer (@joes) said: Veniam deserunt pariatur adipiscing voluptate qui occaecat. Esse cillum ex excepteur adipiscing sint adipiscing velit cupidatat. Anim mollit ad veniam anim qui sunt anim cupidatat tempor minim veniam. Sit proident pariatur dolore do excepteur amet. Unsaved feature description is discarded when estimating the feature
Hi team LT, We’ve observed a small loophole, similar to other reported posts “discarded description after changes“. For your consideration: Observed: Given a newly filled or updated/changed description. When NOT pressing “update“. When then estimating the story (selecting the amount of story points). Then the staged description changes are discarded. Expected: The staged description changes are auto-saved, e.g. similar to closing the feature without first clicking “update“.

Recovered deleted story appeared at bottom of the backlog.
Today we noticed that after recovering the deleted story, the ticket appears at the bottom of the backlog. The story was at icebox before being deleted. Ideally, after recovering, it would be nice to put the ticket at the top of the icebox.

Moving items between "Current Iteration" and "Backlog" and they don't stay moved
I’ve moved a bunch of stories (which were originally moved from another backlog, if that matters) from the “Current Iteration” column to the “Backlog” column (we’re not working on them yet) and it seems to work, but then I come back later and all the stories I moved are back in “Current Iteration”. I’ve never “caught” LiteTracker in the act of moving them back, no screenshot or video would capture it; just when I flip back to my Safari window with LiteTracker in it the stories have moved back. There are other people observing the backlog, but they’re not moving things around (they say.)

Upcoming Sprints in backlog displays amount of points but no tickets
Today, we noticed in one of our projects (ID: 6e62ee) that at the bottom of the backlog, there are 2 weeks with 4 points displayed and no ticket related to it. I’m not sure if some ticket is there and just not being displayed, or if it's something else.

Github PR integration not working for us even if it's set
