Click on shortURL in comments doesn't open linked ticket

Today, we noticed that when a user linked a ticket to comments.

The short URL #xxxxx is clickable, but the “button” doesn’t register any click, and it won’t open the linked ticket.

The ticket link leads to a different LiteTracker project. But I will still expect that the clickout will work.
