Recovered deleted story appeared at bottom of the backlog.

Today we noticed that after recovering the deleted story, the ticket appears at the bottom of the backlog.

The story was at icebox before being deleted. Ideally, after recovering, it would be nice to put the ticket at the top of the icebox.
