Unable to drag the "Release" marker story

We normally use “Release” story to drag it up the current iteration and indicate we’ve discussed that story at the standup like this: (Pivotal Tracker screenshot):

In Light Tracker, I can only move the “Already discussed at standup” release up to the first in-progress story. The UI refuses to let me drag it further up.
