I was viewing the index view of Lite Tracker (viewing Current, Backlog, and Icebox columns) and I clicked on one of the tickets in Current so that I could open it. Then it disappeared.
I’m not able to reproduce it, but I’ve heard similar reports from others. It’s obviously a BIG problem when the tickets disappear.
