The "done" column assigns new dates to done tickets

The “done” column is assigning new dates/time frames to done tickets whenever I refresh the page.The time frames do not match when tickets were accepted.Here are two screenshots, same set of tickets, displayed under a different expand/collapse bar.

We are seeing tickets that were completed last month mixed in with tickets from 2011
