"Support" menu item should open in new window

If someone needs to contact Support, it’s usually because of something in the currently-open project, and the user may need to refer to that page to get details or a screenshot to include in the support request. So in my opinion it would be better if the Support menu item opened the “create Support ticket” page in a new window instead of in the current window.
