Sometimes story disappears after first save

Today (30 apr), I wrote a story and immediately after clicking save, it has disappeared. If it helps to track down the bug, here’s my project:

I don’t have a screenshot, but the title was something like: “lets organize the methods for models/clinic.rb”

Clearly, this is a very serious bug—if our data randomly disappears, then LiteTracker is useless.
