Some users encountered infinite loading after creating story and afterwards the story dissapeared

Today, one of our colleagues encountered a problem after creating a story when he usually opened a LiteTracker. He started creating a story after finishing the creation of a story and saving it.
2 times the story didn’t appear even after refreshing the page.
The third time, he saw infinite loading, and after refreshing the page, the story wasn’t there.

From my understanding, he didn’t add to story anything unusual, mostly texts only.

Could this be related to having tab open for a longer time when it was inactive for half a day? Some caching issues, I’m not sure. I’m just guessing.
