Select All in a column

I’m glad to finally see the ability to select multiple stories for bulk operations, but it can be tedious to select stories one by one. There should be an option (Pivotal Tracker puts it in a three-dots menu) to “select all” in a column (plus “deselect all” once any stories in that column are selected).

Relatedly, I intuitively expect that clicking the checkbox to select one story, then shift-clicking the checkbox on another story in the same column, will select all stories in between, but this doesn’t currently happen in LiteTracker.
