Project settings are not respected

I feel like the project settings are not respected in projects.

Currently, we have set “Number of Done Iterations to Show” to 4.
But when i open Done column, there appears to be only 1 week of iteration, and that is the current one.

Also, in a different project (8e3589), we have Start Iterations on Monday, according to the iteration date it looks like it’s set to Tuesday..
