Position of new comment form on stories

Thank you for allowing the ordering of comments on a story in newest to oldest order.

The problem now is that the new-comment form is still at the bottom of the story, so if there are many comments, you still have to scroll to the bottom in order to add a new comment.

Please move the new-comment form to the top if the comment sort order is newest to oldest.
