Notification link click behaviour

Although LT now takes you to the story if you click on the link in the notifications list, it opens a new tab in the browser. Pivotal Tracker’s action was better: It opened the “Current Iteration” or “Icebox” pane (whichever the story was in) in the same browser tab alongside other PT tabs that may have been open at the time.
