Epics - adding new stories and creating labels

Currently when creating a new story for an epic panel,

1. there is no way to create a new label from the epic

2. the assigned epic label is not applied directly to the story created within the epic directly

3. adding a new story does not show the story in the opened epic unless you refresh the screen
