CSV Import

In addition to importing entire projects using the Pivotal Tracker API, I should be able to import stories into an existing project. (This will mitigate the issue with importing archived projects, and allow larger or more complicated bulk operations than are easily feasible using a JSON API. I expect it will also help you to verify that the CSV export feature is working properly.)

In Pivotal Tracker, if I understand correctly, any stories in the CSV with IDs not present in the project are added to it; if the ID is present in the project, I’m not sure whether the record from the CSV completely replaces the existing story (removing any data from the story in the project that isn’t in the story in the CSV) or simply overwrites any conflicting data.
