BUG: While reordering a story, it disappared

This is for project 126287

While moving a story which had the text “intake page” from one position to another in the backlog, it disappeared. This happened while I was reordering working with another stakeholder and I confirmed she did not delete it.

I can no longer find the story when I search by that text.

This is extremely worrying. I have no idea where the task has gone, I have no idea how many others have potentially disappeared.

I need assurance we can recover this story, and also validation that this hasn’t happened elsewhere.

I wish I could provide more details but a.) I cannot reproduce this and b.) reproducing might cause more stories to disappear, which I do not want.
