Bug: Unable to add 2 story owner when ticket is already created

I Found a diffirent report and it’s in state “completed” but the issue stil persists

The story exists in the iteration/backlog/icebox and when a user tries to add another Owner to the story.

The second owner added to the story overrides the first one. (See attached video)
