Bug: Editing Story in My Work panel duplicates story on his original location

When a user performs any action with the story in the My Work section, the original ticket, for example, in an iteration, gets duplicated after each action. When a user manually refreshes the page, all duplicated tickets disappear, and the original ticket stays.
Also, the link in the comments isn’t clickable.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a ticket assigned to you as owner

2. Open My Work table

3. Open story that you assigned to

4. Try to do any change on story

5. See that ticket is duplicated.
