Bug: Description is not opened when clicking on text

When a user tries to edit the description for an existing story and clicks on already added text, the description isn’t opened for editing. But when the user clicks somewhere else in the description where there is no text, the focus changes to the description, and the user can edit that description afterwards.

Steps to reproduce.

1. Open the existing story with a filled description

2. Tap on the text in description

Expected?
- Description is open for editing

Actual:
Description isn’t opened, and I need to click outside the text in the description.
