Be able to react to comments with emojis

A user can react to comments in a story with a thumbs up :thumbsup:, eyes :eyes: , or checkmark :white_check_mark: emoji. This allows users to quickly communicate to their team/project managers when writing a comment isn’t necessary—e.g., I agree, I saw your response, this is complete.
