Any comments left for reviews are currently saved as ‘undefined’

When a user changes the status of a Review, they can leave a comment. However, this comment is currently is displayed as ‘undefined’ in the Comments section.

I cannot leave a screenshot of this because +Add Review does not work - it was working yesterday but not today.
